Work share reminder Our first 1MLN work share: 12th November 8.20-9am (note that not all G1 classes are on the same day). We'll have stations around the room and you and your child will explore the Amazing Human Machine together. (If for some reason you cant make it your child will still have a lovely time exploring with their friends' families). Feel free to stay and join us for Library time at 9am.

Pop up Poetry: Please, inspire your child by popping a poem in an unexpected place. eg. Under their pillow, in their lunch box, in their uniform pocket or on the bathroom mirror.
Fingers and toes crossed that we have some a clear week ahead so we can finally go to the Forest Adventure on Thursday morning. PE kits and an extra snack would be great.
If anyone is willing to join a roster to take home our lunchtime table clothes to wash on a Friday please add your name here. (Sathia and I are a bit over 3 huge table clothes drying in our apartments every weekend)
The Gingerbread Man. Have you heard that the our class Gingerbread man has gone missing? He has been sending us postcards from around the world. We used Google Earth to find each of the places that he's been to. Today in Maths we tracked his travels on the October calendar.

I want to thank Finbar's family for spending time with Savaira our boarding buddy over the holidays. As well as Sami and his family for having Savaira out over night in the holidays.
